Which carrier do you use to ship orders?
Your order will be shipped using FEDEX or UPS. For this reason, we cannot ship orders to a PO BOX.
Wheres the other part of my order?
Some items in your order may be shipped separately from each other depending on the location of the warehouse in which it is being shipped from. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your item(s) have been shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive at your home.
Why am I getting a “Credit Card Processor Error” message?
If you are receiving this message it is because you are using a form of payment we do not accept OR the address is entered incorrectly. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards for all in-store and online purchases. We do not, at this time, accept American Express. If you receive the error message, be sure that you are using one of the accepted forms of payment and that the billing address matches the registered address for the card in which you are using.
